STARCHILD (Woodstock 50) Add Video

Harry Loco – Starchild "We are stardust, we are golden" was the theme of the famous Woodstock festival Bethel NY in 1969. This message gets a new shine with the song Starchild by Harry Loco. The song originated in three stages' a drunken drifter opened his eyes for a moment as Harry was playing in London on the street (2001) The lights in his eyes glowed for a moment .... The second time Harry came into contact with starlight was at the first meeting with Melanie Safka (2008) her radiant eyes "knocked me off my feet" Finally it landed when he saw his first grandchild in her eyes; what a beautiful appearance of pure starlight. According to Harry, this is the hope for humanity, more and more "Starchilds" are coming into the world to turn it into a beautiful place. The Woodstock-like message is fitting exactly; it has been 50 years since Woodstock took place. During the 45th anniversary Harry played at the Woodstock reunion festival Bethel NY, again this year Harry performs a concert in Bethel NY(August) The Woodstock tour starts a week earlier in Colorado Since 2001 activist / singer Harry Loco travels the world with his music. Clubs, pubs, theaters festivals etcetera. Many concerts abroad; England, France, Portugal, Sweden, Finland and America. He played with several great artists or did support programs for them. Melanie Safka, Eric Burdon, Slade, Peter Green, Essra Mohawk (Frank Zappa) etcetera. Starchild is dedicated to the current owner of the famous Woodstock farm; (Yasgurs farm) Jeryl Abramson and the worldwide Woodstock family. The release is also a special date on January 14; the Human-Be-In 67, resulting in the Summer of Love. Harry will be traveling with Normal Bean in the “road to woodstock 50th anniversary tour” driving from coast to coast with the message of LOVE. www.harryloco.com Marketing & Info: mobile: +31(0)651 991 632 Recordings and arragements Coos Grevelink UNDERCOVER STUDIO Zuidbroek NL Videoclip Dream Project Studio Ee NL by Mouse
